International students applying for study in School Of Theology are required to fill in a set of Student Pass (STP) application forms which may be obtained from the school. Please send an e-mail to sot@chc.org.sg to request for the forms.

Before sending us your application, kindly check that all your forms are fully completed and the following documents are enclosed:

Two copies of Form 16, Form V39S and Form V36 duly completed and signed by applicant. (The first set of forms must be original. The second set may be photocopies of the original set);
Two recent passport-sized photographs (color or black and white) to be pasted on the top right-hand corner of Form 16;
Photocopy of applicant's official birth certificate*;
Photocopy of applicant's certified/notarized copies of highest educational certificates* and result transcripts*;
Photocopy of applicant's passport (personal particulars page only)*;
A documentary proof of financial ability in the form of bank statements or fixed deposits or savings account (photocopy) if applicant comes from Bangladesh, Cambodia, India, Laos, Myanmar, People's Republic of China, Pakistan, Vietnam;
Photocopy of applicant's official marriage certificate* (if applicable).

IMPORTANT REMINDER:
If documentation is in a language other than English, an official certified translation must also be provided. This will be submitted to the local authorities who will be processing your Student Pass application. Certified copies of the original documents are required by an appropriate recognized government body in order to show endorsement of the truth of the facts stated.

Upon your arrival in Singapore, students are required to bring all ORIGINAL documents for verification by ICA (Immigration and Checkpoints Authority) Singapore.

* Applicants are reminded not to submit any forged supporting document/s with their Student Pass applications, in their bid to fulfill STP requirements. Under the Immigration Act, the penalty for an applicant/person to make a false statement, representation or declaration, to obtain or attempt to obtain an entry or re-entry permit, pass or certificate for himself/herself or for any other person is a fine not exceeding $4000 or an imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months, or both.

Please note that if the application forms are incomplete or if there are missing documents, your application may not be approved.

Should you be accepted by School Of Theology, the school will submit your Student Pass application forms to the Singapore immigration as soon as you have submitted all the required documents.
