The Online SOT Registration System allows you to save your application at any stage and you can login at a later date to complete the application.

To save the form, simply click on "SAVE" button and you will be given an username and password to retrieve your saved information. Please note that your saved form will not be processed until it is completed and submitted.

You may mail a copy of your photos, certificates and transcripts to City Harvest Church if you have difficulties submitting the documents online.
