Transformational Leadership

LEA411

Leadership challenges have intensified in organizations who are intentional in dealing with unprecedented change in highly disruptive, complex environments. Transformational leadership is based on the moral character of leaders who inspire others at all levels of the organization by tapping into shared needs, aspirations, and values in ways that tackle difficult issues. Beyond leading others, transformational leaders engage in self-development of leadership practices and in deep reflection on one’s inner transformation that are necessary for effectively meeting adaptive challenges.
